What the service is
Chesco Concrete is a referral service and does not perform the work. Chesco Concrete is an estimate-request service operated by cantandoDigital. We pass your request to one independent contractor who serves your area; contractors pay us a fee to receive requests. We are not a concrete contractor and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
No guarantee of pricing, availability, quality or timelines
- Every estimate and price comes from the contractor, not from us, and we don't guarantee contractor pricing.
- We don't guarantee that a contractor will be available for your project or your dates, or how fast they respond.
- We don't guarantee the quality of any contractor's work or how long a job will take.
- If no participating contractor serves your ZIP code, we can't match your request.
- You never have to hire the contractor.
Check the contractor before you hire
We confirm that participating contractors are local, registered and insured before they receive requests, but please check for yourself before you sign anything:
- Ask for their Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration number. Contractors who do $5,000 or more a year of home improvement work in Pennsylvania must register with the Office of Attorney General, and you can look the number up on its website.
- Ask for a certificate of liability insurance.
- Get the scope, materials, price, start and finish dates and payment schedule in a written contract, and keep a signed copy. Pennsylvania law gives you a right to cancel a home improvement contract within three business days of signing it.
- Confirm who pulls any municipal permit, and that PA One Call (811) is contacted before digging.

Text messages
Text messages are sent only if the optional text checkbox is checked. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of service. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
Your responsibilities
- Be at least 18 and give accurate contact details and the real ZIP code of the property.
- Don't send requests for someone else without their permission, and don't send fake or automated requests.
- Don't copy, scrape or misuse the site.

Price ranges, permit notes and other information on this site are general guidance, provided as is, and may not match your property or your municipality. To the fullest extent the law allows, cantandoDigital is not liable for any contractor's work, pricing, delays or conduct, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pennsylvania consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version.
